Service Description

When working with couples, Doug's main objective is to identify the negative communication cycles whilst replacing them with positive communication patterns. His approach, which draws from the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy and the works of Sue Johnson, is to help find unique ways couples can bring trust back into their relationships.
